Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

(No Returns)

We do not accept returns on period care products or other items once they have been shipped.

Refund Eligibility:

We will provide a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your order never arrives

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

 

Subscriptions:

Subscription products are offered at a discounted rate and are considered ongoing services.

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed

  • You may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing date

 

Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging variations

 

Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
